I just found the Blogging Innovation site (via a Twitter post). This article struck me as a great approach to innovation. Instead of going for the disruptive innovation all the time (something that far too many companies do), having a blended innovation approach makes the most sense.
I have always prescribed to the focus on the incremental mind set because even disruptive innovations incrementally happen. I am looking forward to more posts by these guys.
