Interesting post on choosing a business partner. Neil makes some great points. The single biggest thing for me is to get along with whomever you pick. What I mean by that is that you actually want to be around them. It’s going to get rough and the worst comes out in people when under duress. Choosing a partner that you get along with will make those difficult times much easier.
