David Silverman: How Successful CEOs Respond to Failure

by Jarie Bolander on October 22, 2009

Interesting post on failure over at David Silverman’s blog. We (being the US) are all about winning. Our culture thrusts upon the “victors” all sorts of spoils. When someone fails, it’s always looked upon as a major let down or career ending. To me, I think we overate the impact of failure.

I wrote a blog post about failure a while back. For me, the only major failure is something that costs life and limb. Anything else is just a learning experience.
