Pretty good post about how to use a “weakness” as a strength (see post here). To me, this is more like your “uniqueness” is your strength. The examples given are all how an immigrate made a name for herself by catering to her uniqueness, not the weaknesses she had.
Uniqueness is so important because of all the noise out there. Everyone has a blog. Everyone can put video on YouTube. Everyone wants to make it big. All this noise just makes it harder to get noticed. Your uniqueness is how you get noticed.
